Stella Jean Spring/Summer 2014 RTW Collection is the topic of talk among the Fashionistas these days as the mesmerizing dresses with interesting prints in vibrant hues has left many asking for more. Stella Jean has charmed the fashion world recently by displaying her Caribbean touch in her latest creations. This roman designer had the crowd’s full attention with her bold batik prints, fancy skirts and wild accessories. With the renowned Giorgio Armani to her help, her debut collection had the audience in a trance.

She is the second one to be invited to hold a show at the eponymous theater in Milan after Andrea Pompilio who held the show last June during the Men’s fashion week.

She has made an impressive debut with an ethical concept, which is a first time in Milan. The 34 year old designer showed her designer skill with stiff pouffed skirts that were paired with trapeze jackets carrying bold and beautiful prints. The fishtail hemmed skirts stole the show with glittery and chick designs featuring zebra prints, parrots, avocados and pineapples in each. The models also walked the ramp decked in mismatched prints and floral heels.
The show also had a fair share of simple ready to wear dresses that featured cropped cotton trousers, wide legged trousers, knits in button up style, high waisted wide legged trousers and others in lighter shades.

The 50s style petticoats in vibrant tropical fruits or West African designs were also featured in long striped hobble skirts. The models also wore perfect accessories that completed look by adorning flower head bands, colorful scarves and straw hats. The models also used charming necklaces and chunky bracelet pieces.

The multicultural collection featuring African and Caribbean touch of the Giorgio Armani endorsed designer assures that all wardrobes will get a refreshing makeover during this spring or summer with the purchase of at least one dress piece from this collection.
