Sean Penn and Petra Nemcova's Romance Blooms

Hollywood bad boy, Sean Penn has hooked up with his former lover Petra Nemcova. The two had a short stint together in February 2008. During U2 lead singer Bono's birthday party in New York on May 10, the couple was spotted holding hands and reportedly left the venue together. Before then, Penn 51, and Nemcova 32, had been on a series of dates that close sources termed as "friendly meetings".

This latest Hollywood romance could be a case study for celebrity relationships. Petra, a walkway beauty of Czech descent called off her engagement to Jamie Belman just a few weeks ago. Belman asked for her hand in December 2010 after 8 months of courtship. Sean Penn on his part, divorced from Robin Wright in 2010 after fourteen years of marriage.

This divorce happened amidst rumors that he was having an affair with Petra. Even before the ink had dried on the divorce papers, he was dating Scarlett Johansson who had just broken up with Ryan Reynolds a month earlier.

HIlary Swank Goes To Court Over Image

Oscar award winning actress, Hilary Swank is filing legal proceedings against a California based company for using her images without her permission. According to the Los Angeles court, the lawsuit filed on May 10 is against Robert's Home Audio and Video. Also attached in the lawsuit is the proprietor of the company, Randall Cordero and Cordero studios.

Swank demonstrates a savvy grasp of the law by saying that the ad campaign violates her right of publicity and denies her any revenue to be accrued. The lawsuit comprises 14 pages of legal argument, including an entire list of her career credits and honors. Although the suit does not specifically state how her image was abused, it says in part "Defendants did not ask for or receive Ms. Swank's permission to use her photograph." She is suing for unspecified damages. Hollywood stars are sensitive to their commercial rights and the home studio might be in deep trouble if found guilty.

Hutcherson Grounded by Broken Nose

Hunger Games star, James Hutcherson has an almost perfect face. But the nineteen year old actor had to undergo plastic surgery though not for cosmetic purposes. He shared with his fans on twitter that he went under the surgeon's knife so as to fix a broken nose.

The actor also stated that he was taking it easy at home after the procedure. He was apparently watching "Client List", a Jennifer Love Hewitt's hit show on Lifetime. ".. recovery sucks.. thank god for a marathon on lifetime … #theclientlist @TheReal_Jlh", he tweeted.

The actor was last seen in public last Tuesday. He was also amongst the guests at the White House Correspondents dinner held in Washington, D.C. The exact origin of his injury cannot be explained. There have been unconfirmed reports from one of his representatives who say that it wasn't a broken nose but a "deviated septum". Hutherson's fans went wild on online media when the photo of their bandaged idol appeared.
