15 Minutes of exercises per day can do you only good

According to a recent study,if you do 15 minutes of exercises per day it will boost your life period with 3 more years.

Dr. Chi-Pang Wen (an interesting name he got there),which is the author of the study said:

“The 30-minute a day for five or more days a week has been the golden rule for the last 15 years, but now we found even half that amount could be very beneficial. As we all feel, finding a slot of 15 minutes is much easier than finding a 30-minutes slot in most days of the week.”

There are a lot of studies saying that doing exercises can make you real good and your spirit of life will be improved also.

So doing exercises and accompanied with a strong diet can make you feel better but there’s one problem that keep stopping this to be completed,and that’s time!Let’s say you are in the office,how do you really do these exercises?Every man has it’s own time so time is divided…
