The famous rock superstar Ozzy Osbourne is in heaven because he finally passed his driving test after he failed 18 times.He admitted that he finally passed the driving test because the last 18 times he always took the test drunk.I don't know why  Ozzy waited so long to take his driving license because now he is 60 year old,the only explanation is that he being a rock star he always had his personal driver..

Ozzy said:"I walked around the test center with a bottle of vodka in the pocket. When the driving instructors saw me they said: 'No, Mr. Osbourne. Come another day. No I will not go  with you in the car,'" said Ozzy for The Sun.
