“My favorite quick and healthy eating tip would be to always have an apple with you because I’ve learned eating one apple is equivalent to a cup of coffee.”
“When I don’t have time to go and work out or go to the gym or go to a pilates class I have a jump rope and usually I try to jump rope as long as I can because it gets your heart rate up and you’re working every muscle in your body.”
“If you eat healthy, you take care of yourself, you get your butt to the gym and wake up every morning, even if you don’t want to, you’re going to feel better on the inside as well as the outside.”
