Superstar songstress, Adele has broken the news that she is expectant with her first child. The British brunette wrote on her personal blog that she is carrying her boyfriend’s (Simon Konecki) child and that they are “over the moon” with the news. However she also cautioned that they would like to enjoy some privacy concerning that issue.
Adele and Konecki have been officially dating for just about half a year although it is speculated that they have been together since last summer. Adele, 24, recently told People magazine that she aims to have three sons by the time she is 30. Given that the interview was 3 months ago, she is off to quite a flier!
Her boyfriend runs a charity, Drop4Drop, and looks to be Adele’s prince charming after she suffered a series of heart breaks. The baby news is the culmination of an awesome year for the Rolling in the Deep singer. Her album, 21, is 2011’s best-selling album with 17 million copies. Here’s to a happy motherhood for Adele.
