Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman Married at a Private Ceremony

After three years of dating and a yearlong engagement, Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman have officially tied the knot in a private ceremony shared with a hundred of their closest friends and family in the secluded town of Big Sur, California. The wedding was so intimate and secluded that each and every guest had their own bracelet assigned to them to wear on Hathaway and Shulman’s big day so they could be picked up and taken to the ceremony. The guests were all picked up by a minibus at the Ventana Inn and Spa where the rehearsal dinner took place and taken to the beautiful ceremony which was inspired by the beauty of nature.

Pictures of the newlyweds were captured as they were enjoying themselves outside and those photos have caused many people to question what Anne Hathaway was thinking when she picked out the dress she was going to wear for her big day. Her gown was designed by Valentino and was accessorized with a veil and vintage headband that has left many people confused about her fashion sense. Hathaway’s dress was inspired by the 1920s style and included off the shoulder sleeves and a strange headband that many women just wouldn’t be caught dead in. No jewelry was worn but the gown and headband made more than enough of a statement.

Every bit of the ceremony was low key and made the perfect fairytale wedding. The guest list only included family and friends, eliminating all the unnecessary stars that are commonly found at many other celebrity weddings. The location was an idyllic setting that didn’t need any touching up to make the wedding a beautiful moment with the flowing hills and picturesque views of the Pacific Coast that made Big Sur the perfect location for the theme that Anne Hathaway was going for. Pictures are already proving that this couple is meant to be together and that the future will hold many great things for them.
