Any secret on keeping in shape?

I spend as little time as I possibly can to get the best results—5 days a week if I’m lucky, or a minimum of 3. I’ll do my own DVD. It’s a 55-minute body-sculpting workout that’s old-school moves—squats, side lunges, dips, kicks—that we made more dynamic. You use multiple body parts and move at a pace where you also get cardio benefits. I go to a Pilates Plus class once or twice a week. Today I went to the gym and did 20 minutes of cardio. That’s all the time I had.

On being 40:

“Forty is better than 30. I have a better understanding of who I am, what makes me tick, what’s okay and not okay. I’ve had such a great experience professionally in the last 3 or 4 years that it really opened my eyes to not procrastinating.

“I was hosting the Miss America pageant, and I was having a great time. Then it hit me: I could be any one of these girls’ mothers! That’s when I realized I’m freaking 40. It was weird.”


By looking at this schedule you can understand that it involves a lot of work and also a lot of time which is precious to each of us.Only a few can follow these advices and most of them are people who deal with public life because their image in the end counts more than anything!

We live in a world where our image really counts,time is crucial and we are dedicated more to our work,other activities being less permitted.

Most of the people who want to become money machines,they tend to be fully dedicated to their target and forget about health which is most important in life,right?Even that you can’t do 5 days/week like Brooke,you must do at least 3 days and you will really see the big difference.
