Kimetsu No Yaiba, also known as Demon Slayer in English, is one of the most followed anime in the modern generation, and it shows in the reception whenever a new season or movie comes out. Demon Slayer recently released its season 3 in April 2023, and we have some exciting news for those who look forward to another season.
Demon Slayer Season 4 Confirmed
In early July, it was announced that Demon Slayer would be getting another season which will be based on the Hashira Training Arc from the manga, this announcement was made through their official website which included posters of 5 hashiras and the information at the bottom of every poster saying “TV ANIME CONFIRMED”.
While we do not have an official date to look forward to, fans have already started to get excited as Hashira Training Arc is one of the final arcs in the manga, which ultimately means the ending is coming close.
This news was also shared by the official Twitter handle of ANIMETV Japan sharing a promotional regarding the stone hashira Gyomei Himejima along with a link leading to the official Japanese Kimetsu No Yaiba Website.
This Hashira Training Arc, or Season 4 of demon slayer will be the fifth instalment in the anime adaptation of the franchise with three seasons and a movie being already launched, which were a major hit amongst the fans.
What Demon Slayer Hashira Training Arc Is About
The story of this arc revolves around Tanjiro seeking Himejima’s help to train for his upcoming battles but is challenged by the stone hashira to go through a series of trials first to prove he is worth enough to be trained. Tanjiro is joined in his journey by his close companions Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibara as well as Kanao Tsuyuri.
The friends together go through a series of difficult training and are later joined by other hashiras themselves who overlook different aspects of the training program.
Tanjiro finally overcomes all the challenges given to him by all the hashira and graduates the training program along with his friends, this training arc helps set the stage for the final battle arc in the manga.
Since this arc acts as a bridge between the current story and the finale, fans are getting eager day by day and look forward to a release date as well as more information on Demon Slayer Season 4, Hashira Training Arc.
While the manga ended a few years back, the anime adaptation of Kimetsu no Yaiba looks forward to a good reception from the audience in the remaining anime adaptation, and while the series has been in major controversies before, Demon Slayer continues to be one of the most prominent animated series in 2023.
