Dennis Quaid’s wife, Kimberly has given their 8 year old marriage a lifeline by withdrawing a suit for divorce. The actor was about to lose his third marriage but it has got second wind after they had a private retreat to Telluride in Colorado. This was as a last attempt to salvage their marriage that has seen its fair share of tribulations.
The nonsuit notice served on April 26, Kimberly does not explicitly state the reasons for rescinding her earlier decision. A source says that she decided to give it another try because of their 4 year old twins and her feelings for the “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” actor. “They both still have very strong feelings for one another”, stated the insider.
As Kimberly gives her Dennis Quaid marriage another try, we have to wonder whether it’s the experience with the birth of their children that binds her to him. Their twins, Zoe and Thomas, were accidentally dosed with heparin, a blood thinner, when they were eight days old. This struggle reportedly made Kimberly and Quaid inseparable.
