Jesse Metcalfe has sold his Los Angeles mansion for US $ 1.7 million. The screen superstar, who is currently filming the remake of “Dallas”, seems to have decided not to be based in California any more. He is currently based in Texas where the series is being shot.
His former house was a 2000 square foot luxurious palace that had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located in Beverly Hills, it was a surprise that he disposed of such prime property at a slight loss. He initially had the estate listed at a price tag of US $ 2.2 million. The house comes with polished hardwood floors, built in stone fire places and BBQ. The landscaping also features a cascade waterfall.
The 33 year-old Metcalfe has had his career on the rise and can afford not to have such an exclusive address. On screen, he featured in “Desperate Housewives” as an amorous gardener, as Miguel in “Passions” and also starred in “John Tucker Must Die”.
