Fortnite, an ever-growing game with over 1500 skins and thousands of other cosmetics, never fails to amaze its audience with something new happening occasionally.
The game has over 25 seasons spread over 4 chapters, however, the start of
Chapter 2 season 5 saw the rise of a new trend where the game would collaborate with other video game franchises by introducing cosmetics to the item shop.
Some famous examples from the time are Master Chief from the Halo series, as well as Kratos from the God Of War franchise.

Fortnite Launches Jujutsu Kaisen Collaboration Skins
Fortnite did not limit itself to video games only, the same season saw the introduction of cosmetics such as skins from more famous franchises such as the Alien or the Terminator.
This strategy of introducing skins of popular characters gave a huge boost to Fortnite’s popularity, eventually leading them to collaborate with popular anime series such as Naruto, this was soon followed by Dragon Ball as well as My Hero Academia too.
That brings us to our topic today, Fortnite has just announced the collaboration between them and Jujutsu Kaisen, a popular anime and manga series written by Gege Akutami and is loved by millions around the world.
When Will The Jujutsu Kaisen X Fortnite Collab Drop?
As teased in the description of the Teaser Trailer released on YouTube as well as Twitter, the collaboration will be released with the new patch of Version 25.30, which is suspected to be near August 8th, when another event, Called Futurama Event is happening at the same time in the game.
The short video reveals how the game will include all four main sorcerers of
Jujutsu Kaisen, which are Yuji Itadori, Gojo Satoru, Nobara Kugisaki and Megumi Fushigaro.

Other Popular Fortnite X Anime Collabs
Fortnite has faced huge success since it started to introduce anime collaborations. The game’s target audience comes in, much of a younger generation, causing an instant attraction towards the new shiny cosmetics of their favorite characters in a franchise.
As discussed before, Fortnite made its first-ever anime collaboration with the Naruto anime series. Released in late 2021, this collaboration saw Team 7 Naruto Uzumaki, Kakashi Hatake, Sakura Haruno, and Sasuke Uchiha joining the Battle Royale with their respective skins being introduced in the item shop.
This collab was seemingly so successful that it pushed Fortnite to release part 2 of the Naruto collab just a few months later, introducing characters like Hinata, Orochimaru, Itachi, and Gaara to the island.
The teaser trailer on YouTube introducing the Jujutsu Kaisen X Fortnite Collab has already managed to cross over 220k views in just a matter of 4 hours. This shows the hype around the characters finally dropping to the island this coming Tuesday.
