The choice of Kate Hudson for Lindex Spring 2014 Campaign will please her many fans. The 34-year-old actress is already well established as a fashion icon, after her appearance in a stunning white Atelier Versace gown at the Oscars, followed by an equally show-stopping dress by Zuhair Murad at the Vanity Fair party.
For Lindex the mood is totally different. The casually chic clothes are very wearable, and Kate looks very happy to be wearing them. The long-legged beauty is seen in black shorts and top, draped with a paisley shawl in shades of red. The same pinky-red shade is seen in a plain blouse, with toning paisley patterned mini-skirt and Kate holding a cream shawl and matching bag. That red color surfaces again as a comfy-looking shrug worn over a white v-neck blouse and brown pants, with stylish black cutout shoes.
Other photos by Giampaolo Sgura show Kate carrying off the combo of high black boots, white mini-dress and black brimmed hat. There are two denim options: dark blue shorts, which Kate wears with the white v-neck blouse and a maxi-cardigan in shades of brown and beige, and distressed jeans with a black top and jacket in a cream and brown pattern worn with black strappy high-heeled sandals. The same sandals feature in a shot of Kate wearing a tweedy wraparound look mini-skirt in black and white, topped with black v-neck blouse and light grey cardigan.
Finally, Kate shines in a feminine white blouse, with drawn thread work, accessorized with a geometric patterned scarf in shades of brown, orange and turquoise, along with plenty of bling around her neck and a matching bracelet row.
The Hollywood star has been complimentary about the collection, which she thinks will appeal to all kind of women as it is both fashionable and accessible. The clothes in the Kate Hudson for Lindex Spring 2014 Campaign will be available in Lindex stores from March 19th.
