A photo of the Kim Kardashian Kanye West Wedding Invitation has been leaked online by US Weekly as an exclusive. The invite looks pretty exclusive too. Printed with gold lettering on a tasteful linen-look beige background, the wording is traditionally expressed and the date given is May 24th, 2014. Further details will be given to guests on arrival, and black tie is specified.
The wedding will take place in Paris, although no details of the exact venue have been released. Guests will be informed of this on their arrival and apparently not even Kim’s sisters will know in advance exactly where the happy couple will tie the knot. Guests are invited to join the bride-and-groom-to-be for cocktails and dinner on the night before.
Kim’s last ill-fated marriage to basketball star Kris Humphries in 2011, which lasted all of 72 days, was televised, but the marriage vows she will make to her new husband will not be broadcast except for ‘before and after’ footage. This fact has allegedly persuaded Jay Z and Beyoncé to accept the invitation, despite rumors that they would turn it down because they didn’t want to be on Kim’s reality show. Furthermore, Jay Z is reported as having the honor of being best man. He is reported to have given Kanye a gold, diamond-encrusted flask and a $10,000 bottle of whisky as a wedding present.
Ever since Kim accepted Kanye’s proposal on her 33rd birthday last October, when West rented the Francisco Giants’ baseball field to get down on one knee, the pair have been planning their wedding. It will certainly rank as one of the ‘weddings of the year’ and anyone with a Kim Kardashian Kanye West Wedding Invitation is at liberty to swank about it. Meanwhile, the couple’s dream home is still being kitted out, ‘glam bathroom’ and all. No doubt there will be photos, once the wedding pics have run their course.
