John Travolta is being sued by John Doe according to court papers filed last Friday. The unidentified plaintiff is a male masseur who is accusing the “Grease” superstar of attempting to force him into sexual activity during a massage session early this year. The alleged incident occurred in a bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16.
In a surprisingly detailed lawsuit, the unnamed accuser states that Travolta picked him in a Lexus SUV after a phone call and drove to the hotel where he promised to pay him US $ 200 per hour. However, at some point during the massage, Travolta started grabbing him and attempting to initiate sexual acts.
In a swift rejoinder, Travolta’s legal team has dismissed the accusations as “baseless lies”. They state that it is a matter of fact that on the stated date the actor was not even in California. This has set up nicely for a classic malicious defamation lawsuit by Travolta if the allegations are proven to be false.
