After all those ‘are they or aren’t they’ rumours news is finally out: Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are engaged. The pair first worked together on That 70s Show when she was 15 and he was 20, playing Jackie and Kelso. Their film careers soon took off with Mila gaining plaudits for her role in the major movie Black Swan, and Ashton developing both his film and TV career. He married Demi Moore when she was 42 and he was 27, but the six-year marriage ended in divorce last November.
By then Ashton had been dating Mila for around two years, which led to speculation that an engagement would soon be announced. By all accounts the couple are well suited, sharing a love of travel.
Their appearances in public have been low key. While taking their dogs for a walk in Beverly Hills, the actress covered her face with a grey hoodie and her hands with gloves, dressing down in grey leggings and white trainers. Ashton was seen in jeans, a grey sweater, trainers and a red, white and blue cap.
Mila revealed to Cosmopolitan that she and Ashton love to dress casually in jeans and a white T-shirt for a low-key date, such as bowling or a relaxing meal. However, Mila held a surprise party for Ashton’s 36th birthday at one of his favourite restaurants, La Poubelle, in Hollywood. Then, in December, rumors of an engagement were fuelled when Mila attended her brother’s wedding in Florida wearing a gold band.
More recently, Mina was spotted out shopping with her mother at The Grove mall in LA, wearing a conspicuous diamond ring and making no attempt to hide it. Even so, when out on a casual dinner date with Ashton on March 3rd, Mina was keeping her hands firmly in her pockets, continuing to tease the press and trying in vain to keep a low profile.
