Tony Romo and his wife Candice Crawford have got a baby boy. The NFL quarterback, who plays for the Dallas Cowboys and his wife, sister to Gossip Girl’s starring actor Chace Crawford tied the note in May of last year and announced the pregnancy in October.
The two welcomed their son, Hawkins Crawford Romo on April 9th. He came with a healthy weight of eight pounds and eight ounces. It had been reported that the due date was 13th of April. But since that is an unlucky day for the superstitious, perhaps the baby is a lucky child. Candice never showed any signs of early labor as the couple attended Easter church service at Village Church on Saturday.
Chace Crawford, who was present at the hospital during the delivery, described Tony Romo as “over the moon” about the new arrival. Meanwhile, the NFL team’s spokesman said that the Dallas Cowboys had welcomed a new family member. Let’s hope they stock miniature jerseys!
