In the early hours of 25th May, Jenna Jameson was arrested for a possible DUI. A field sobriety test was conducted at the scene and she failed miserably. She was arrested by Orange County police after ramming into a street light pole.
The adult film superstar has now been charged with a count of driving without a valid driving license and a further two charges of driving under the influence. Tests conducted during the arrest showed that she had an excessive amount of blood alcohol and presence of prescription drugs. The drugs were Ambien (zolpidem) and Suboxone (buprenorphine).
The legal system is clamping down on DUI offenders and the porn vixen might face up to a year if found guilty. These Jenna Jameson DUI charges might be easy to prove for the prosecution. An eye witness allegedly made a call to emergency services when she saw a white Range Rover being driven recklessly. A few minutes later, it crashed into the light pole and the 38 year old Jameson was found. Time will tell how the case will go.
