As you’ve may have heard there is a deadly virus which appeared recently called H1N1 flu(Swine Flu).

CDC’s response goals are to:

  1. Reduce transmission and illness severity, and
  2. Provide information to help health care providers, public health officials and the public address the challenges posed by this emergency.

There will be soon some news on how to protect us from the virus which can be deadly not only with the animals but also it can be transmitted to humans.

On May 3, CDC is scheduled to complete deployment of 25 percent of the supplies in the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) to all states in the continental United States

Sources say that the new vaccine has began to be made so it can be send to any states in cause.Till now there have been reported a lot of states with this virus and the most affected is New York.

In pigs influenza infection produces fever, lethargy, sneezing, coughing, difficulty breathing and decreased appetite.

Direct transmission of a swine flu virus from pigs to humans is occasionally possible (called zoonotic swine flu). In all, 50 cases are known to have occurred since the first report in medical literature in 1958, which have resulted in a total of six deaths.

In conclusion if you have some issues you need to report immediately to the closest lab of you.
