Channing Tatum will soon be the world’s sexiest dad. He was named the world’s sexiest man by people.com last month and reports on the site indicate that Jenna Dewan, his wife, is expectant and will deliver sometime in 2013.
Mr. and Mrs. Dewan met on set while shooting the film ‘Step up’ back in 2006. They fell in love and tied the knot three years later in 2009.
The two will have a rather busy year especially now that they are expecting a young Dewan. Channing so far has four films coming up in the New Year. His wife is expected to be part of the American horror story in the coming season. In addition to this, she has a television movie by the title ‘She Made Them Do It’ which is expected to premiere on the 29th of this month.
Channing seemed to be quite excited at the prospects of being a father saying that he and his wife were ready to start a family. In a past interview, he is on record as having the desire to have three or so children. He however pointed out that he wanted his first child to turn out healthy and well before getting another one.
Mr. and Mrs. Tantum did not give any clue as to whether they wanted a boy or a girl. Either way, it is quite clear that they are ecstatic about the pregnancy.
It will be interesting to see how fans of the two stars react after the baby is born. Celebrity couple babies are known to attract great attention especially from the media. Media houses are known to pay big bucks for photos of these children and the Tantum’s case should not be any different.
We sure hope the two find joy in their new ‘parents-to-be’ status.
