A beautiful, 5000 square foot apartment known as The Whitman is going to be bought by Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky. The married couple have signed a contract to buy the property which is in a beautiful area, close to where they live now. The couple are spending $10.5 million for the apartment which is more than they are paying at the moment.
The apartment was first built in 1924 and is close to the couple’s current home. The couple are currently living at Gramercy Park. Their top priority was moving close to where they live now. When the couple went to view the property with their parents last Sunday, they found many construction workers at the apartment. However, they made light of the situation and shook the construction workers hands.
The bathrooms in their new apartment are made from Italian marble. The building also features an elevator and a gym. The apartment is quiet and has tight security which is important. The majority of young couples dream of owning a beautiful apartment in the center of Manhattan. However, the dream is about to become a reality for Chelsea Clinton and her husband as they swap their 4 million dollar loft to a massive 10.5 million dollar one.
