It seems like Dr. Cupid has camped in Hollywood this festive season. Barely twenty-four hours after we reported about Kelly Clarkson’s engagement, Kat Von D has hit the news with reports that she will soon be walking down the isle.
The famous tattooist got a rather unique proposal when her boyfriend, Deadmau5,asked her to marry him on twitter. His tweet was accompanied with a photo that contained information on the changes that would be made to the diamond engagement ring he intends to buy her. In his tweet, the Canadian Dj told his fiancée that he could not wait till Christmas to pop the big question.
It would be interesting to find out how many times the engagement tweet was retweeted.
In her response, Kat accepted the proposal in with a capital ‘YES’ and thanked her followers for the congratulatory messages.
Kat has not had much luck with her previous relationships. TheHollywoodgossip.com reports that she has been married once and engaged twice, her current engagement not included. She was married to Oliver Peck nine years back in 2003, before they split. In January 2011, she got engaged toJesse James, called off the engagement and then got engaged to him again in August before calling it off yet again, this time for good.
On his part, Mau5 has never been engaged nor married before. It will be his first time hoping all goes well.
The two love birds have been dating since September and have split once since before getting back together again and now getting ready to spend thei9r lives with each other.
This brings to three the number of engagements in Hollywood, in the less than a month. Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris were the first, followed by Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock and now Kat and Mau5. Who is next in line? Keep it here and we will keep you in the know!
