Why people are divorcing more?

Divorce rates just continue to go up each year. Remember the olden days when it was almost unheard of for a couple to be divorced? Those days are gone when it seemed like marriage was something that people were bent on making work out. Now it’s a few years of tough times and the papers come out and the lawyers are hired, and it’s over.

Is there a reason why marriages are seeming to disintegrate so quickly? Perhaps it’s because many people don’t take the time to get to know each other? Or maybe it’s just the fact that getting a divorce has almost seemed to become something that is simple enough to do, and often can be done without too much money?

Who knows but maybe there should be a few more thoughts before you go into a church and recite those vows. If counseling at the church is a must and the fact that people need to take it is something else, this is a great idea.

Life is much too short to depend on someone and get married only to find out in the end that it wasn’t the right choice. Taking your commitment a lot more seriously is something that needs to be done.

Too many people are finding out that the person they married isn’t really the nice person they thought, and are making the lawyers a lot richer.
